Poling Effects of Piezoelectric Properties of Modified BCZT Ceramics with High Piezoelectric Performance

Due to the toxic of lead content ceramics, many free piezoelectric ceramics have received much attention. To obtain high properties for such poling conditions are often referred. In present work, effects electric field on Sm doped BCZT ceramic were investigated. The samples fabricated using a solid-state reaction technique. XRD analysis indicated that sample contained mixture phases rhombohedral, tetragonal, and orthorhombic with purity, dense, large average grain size. A transformation from symmetric S-E loop unpoled an asymmetry poled was observed, while slight change in P-E shape noted. showed small effect ɛr kp values. However, it had HS, d33, g33, FoM low HS (9.2%), but d33 (562 pC/N), g33 (15.55×10−3 Vm/N) (20.65 pm2/N) values this system has potential energy harvesting applications.
